The Common Sense Fence® (CSF) Team Member is responsible for order processing and all functions required to make that happen, to include, but not limited to, packaging, palletizing, cutting, drilling, and kitting. Perform inventory, cycle counting and quality and accuracy of outgoing orders. May assist with paperwork, scan gun, and computer work to process orders and keep inventory correct.

Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Friday 7:00am - 11:00am.

Short term position working until May 2026.

• Responsible for the proper flow and accuracy of all paperwork (i.e. work orders, cut sheets, inventory transfers, etc).
• Ensure that all product is boxed and palletized to GEOTEK standards.
• Inspect or check all orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Process orders in a timely manner and assist with inventory numbers and cycle counts.
• Report to work prepared and on time and perform other duties as directed.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Able to read and write the English language.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure.
• Able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills are essential.
• Strong emphasis on quality, productivity and safety.

• The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day.
• Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
