Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $29.00/hr

• Perform MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum) 11ga - 22ga.
• Create cosmetic and structurally sound welds.
• Read and interpret production prints.
• Use basic inspection tools (calipers, height gauges, etc.).
• Maintain set production rates.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including handheld lasers and Miller Dynasty 400 welders.
• Pass the weld test.

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and committed to showing up to work daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in maintaining welding equipment.
• 2‑year technical degree.
