Superior Industries is seeking skilled welders to join our night shift team, bringing precision, pride, and expertise to every project. Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, prepare surfaces, and perform welding to 1G certification standards with precision and quality.
  • Safely set up and operate welders, ironworkers, band saws, drill presses, and other shop tools to produce accurate assemblies.
  • Accurately measure materials, convert units as needed, and maintain thorough, precise records.
  • Operate forklifts and jib cranes following all safety procedures and maintain required certifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules while ensuring quality, attention to detail, and consistent attendance.
Compensation
  • The starting pay range for this position is $20–24 per hour, with final compensation dependent on skills, experience, and location.
  • Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.
Shift
  • 4:30 pm – 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday

Qualifications
  • Mechanical ability is helpful
  • Tool identification skills
  • Ability to read blueprints with attention to detail
  • Ability to read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” graduations on a tape measure and convert between feet and inches
