Production Machine Operator/Production Float - 2nd Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Machine Operator/Production Float to work on our 2nd shift team. The schedule is 3:00 am to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with flexible start/end times and overtime as required. The compensation is competitive with a shift differential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment/machinery, especially turret and bending
• Inspect product visually or using measuring tools or fixtures
• Monitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality
• Willingness to float to different positions
• Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred
• Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processes
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time
• Continuous standing
• Must be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
