Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet sales forecast, inventory targets, and production capacity across all organizations (MT, LUX).
• Set guidelines for safety stock and monitor overall inventory levels at both MPS and MRP levels for organization.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of inbound items and stock out risks.
• Lead Manufacturing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and participate in execution of initiatives.
• Compile month-end reports:
  End of life, future inventory estimates, excess inventory, company service levels.
• Attend necessary cross functional meetings to ensure Bill of Materials, scrap, service levels, and production plans are aligned with company goals.
• Monitor and assist managing inventory levels across multiple facilities
• Make recommendations to product rationalization and capacity utilization

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, and/or scheduling in a manufacturing environment; prior Oracle ERP experience a plus
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication, planning, and task management.
• Excellent excel/data analysis skills, strong ERP troubleshooting skills
• CPIM or CSCP certification through APICS preferred
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Capacity planning, line support, inventory optimization, process development, prioritization, continuous ERP improvement, efficiency initiatives, and partnership with operations and sales to meet customer and revenue targets.
