Product Data Specialist
Massman Companies is looking for a Product Data Specialist at our Massman Automation facility in Alexandria/Villard. This role focuses on accuracy and organization.
As a Product Data Specialist, you will support production processes by integrating Engineering and ERP data, provide support documentation to Operations teams, maintain product specifications, dimensions, materials and Bill of Materials, and ensure packaging equipment teams have the right information at the right time.
Your Mission- Maintain accurate product specs in our ERP system.
- Build clean, error‑free data sets.
- Support engineering with product updates.
- Standardize data across machines and assemblies.

RequirementsQualifications:
- Education/Training:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Knowledge/
Skills:
Good computer skills required. - High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
- Preferred:
Mechanical aptitude helpful.
Experience and/or Other Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a comparable position preferred.
