Housing Manager

Location: Becker

The Shepherd of Grace - Becker Campus is seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead housing operations across our Independent Apartments, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community. This leadership role is responsible for occupancy management, regulatory compliance, resident engagement, housekeeping supervision, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Housing Manager Responsibilities

* Oversee daily housing operations and ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality

* Manage occupancy processes including inquiries, tours, applications, lease signings, move-ins, and move-outs

* Maintain compliance with fair housing regulations and applicable laws

* Supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, payroll approval, evaluations, and team meetings

* Ensure building cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and timely unit turnovers

* Coordinate rent collection, approve invoices, maintain records, and manage office and activity supply inventories

* Engages tenants/residents in life‑enrichment activities and ensures everyone has the opportunity to participate both on‑site and within the community

* Conduct housing inspections, emergency preparedness planning, and assist with audits

* Engage residents, families, volunteers, and community partners to promote a vibrant campus culture

* Support residents and families in accessing community resources and services
