Delano Water, Light and Power Commission is seeking a General Manager to lead all electric and water utility operations for a rapidly growing community. This person will oversee system reliability, capital planning, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and customer service. They will guide long‑term infrastructure expansion, manage vendor and agency partnerships, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations. The GM will also lead and develop staff, maintain transparent communication with residents, and support strategic growth across the community.
Strong leadership, utility operations experience, and financial management skills are essential.
