What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee all phases of client programs from inception to completion, managing multiple concurrent contracts and budgets
  • Ensure compliance and client satisfaction through effective contract execution
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, for program delivery
  • Monitor and report on the timely delivery of program results while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-8 years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demand response program execution experience is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Utility program management experience is a plus
  • Salesforce/CRM proficiency is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
