About the Role
We are a utility construction contractor supporting the broadband, water, sewer, and power markets. We are seeking a Project Manager who wants more than managing schedules and budgets. This role is for a hands‑on leader who takes ownership, drives execution, develops people, and delivers high‑quality projects the right way.

What You’ll DoOwn projects from planning and mobilization through closeout
Lead, manage, and hold Superintendents and field teams accountable for performance and results
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation with clarity and discipline
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and internal resources
Proactively communicate project status, schedules, and financials to customers and internal leadership
Identify risks early and take decisive corrective action to keep projects on track
2–5 years of experience managing utility or infrastructure construction projects
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Superintendents and field crews
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Experience using Excel
, project management software, and financial tracking toolsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire for long‑term growth
Field teams are supported, developed, and held accountable
