Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes, in a limited area of the operations. Supervisor I, Operations, is a pivotal role expected to steer our operations towards excellence. Responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, this position ensures strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role demands a leader who can effectively manage people and processes, driving team performance and business results through inspirational leadership and effective communication.

What will you do?
  • Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.
  • Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short‑and‑long‑term solutions as merited.
  • Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.
  • Prioritize adherence to safety protocols encouraging a proactive mindset towards safety in daily operations and decision‑making.
  • Communicate clear expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team, tying efforts to TTC quality standards, safety protocols, and government regulations.
  • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for and implementing where merited the improvements with the team.
  • Promote a culture of trust and accountability by demonstrating honesty, integrity, clear communications and ethical behaviors.
  • Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
What Do You Need?
  • High School Diploma or /GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
  • Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient software application skills; preferred Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Experience in process improvement; LEAN or continuous improvement certification preferred.
  • Ability to meet required goals and adapt to changing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
