HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Winthrop, MN!
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + 10% target bonus
Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Location: Winthrop, MN

About the Role
This role provides frontline leadership for the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance and effective support of daily plant operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign daily maintenance work orders and oversee pass-down items
- Supervise maintenance employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Support and monitor preventative maintenance programs
- Serve as first point of contact for emergency maintenance needs
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance across the facility
- Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain CMMS records and maintenance documentation
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance practices
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
