We are looking to add a Part Time General Cleaner to our growing team in St. Charles and Rushford, MN
.

This position will offer up to 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling and will be responsible for general cleaning and caretaking at multi-family housing properties.

• Complete the turnover process of vacant units
• Common area cleaning
• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Seasonal outside grounds work
• Grounds inspection and trash pick-up
• Serve as a keyholder for after hours emergencies
• Maintain professional, courteous manner with all residents, contractors, and fellow co-workers
• Comply with all Fair Housing laws

• Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred. Training provided as needed!
• Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and products

• Excellent time management
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• High attention to detail

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
