Job Description

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office, 2 days at home with flexible hours. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Role applies practical supply chain knowledge to identify, analyze and solve problems within a single value stream. Implements and supports continuous improvements and business process changes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver).
  • Provide a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.
  • Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.
  • Identify supply chain problem areas and drive improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material.
  • Facilitate functional teams and meetings.
  • Provide daily work direction to others in value stream (planners and other project participants).
  • Work independently with general supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
  • Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data mining and data reporting.
  • Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination.
  • Engages with others in a way that can be developed into an ongoing working relationship.
  • Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them.
  • Willingly accepts assignments that will expand capabilities.
  • Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization.

$77,255.00 - $

  • PROFIT SHARING:
    In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
