• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within the Radiology Department
• Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to capture capability needs and drive business solutions
• Support requirements testing and documentation to minimize production defects and analyze customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project life cycles
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and partners, providing project status updates and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience/education
• Basic analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
• Basic communication skills
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support
• Ability to travel 25% – 50% for work‑related assignments

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry practices
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), TOGAF, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
