The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our dynamic and collaborative team and help organizations transform how they operate through modern digital technologies.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping organizations modernize their business processes by leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys) and the Power Platform. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and turn them into efficient, data-driven solutions that improve processes, customer experiences, and decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

• Design, configure, and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
• Participate in workshops, solution design, and project delivery activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands‑on experience with at least one D365 module (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys)
• Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience with integrations and data migration concepts
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Languages:
  
  Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required)

• Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 modules
• Knowledge of Azure services
• Consulting or client‑facing experience
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
