Location: Finland
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead/Principal JD Edwards Consultant to lead functional delivery across JDE Manufacturing and Service Management modules
. The role requires strong expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder management, requirements definition, testing leadership, data migration, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional leader with proven experience across implementation, upgrade, rollout, and production support engagements, and the ability to manage cross-functional workshops and guide teams through end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Lead the Manufacturing functional workstream by conducting stakeholder meetings, interviews, and cross-functional workshops.
- Facilitate large group sessions to drive alignment on business processes, system requirements, and solution design.
- Act as a functional lead and key point of contact for Manufacturing and Service Management stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and data requirements.
- Develop business process models and data models aligned with JDE best practices.
- Produce clear functional specification documents for configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end integration testing activities including:
- Test strategy and test planning
- Execution coordination and defect management
- Documentation of results and sign-offs
- Support the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to support unit testing and functional testing.
- Identify root causes of functional/system issues and drive resolution by addressing underlying process or configuration gaps.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post go-live phases.
- Provide post go-live hypercare support and resolve user issues in a structured and timely manner.
- Support and manage data migration activities
, including validation, reconciliation, and data readiness. - Work on menu creation and JDE security setup
. - Ensure documentation is maintained for setups, configurations, and business process changes.

- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in JD Edwards functional consulting
. - Proven experience leading JDE Manufacturing work streams in enterprise environments.
