Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) experience cyber threats daily and we also see an increasing number of severe incidents and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). At the same time our networks are continuously evolving, cloud native, autonomous and programmable, this is increasing the complexity of managing security. Ericsson Security Solutions is offering Cyber Defense Solutions (CDSs) powered by Ericsson Security Manager to support our customers in their security challenges.

** As the Head of Product Management, Ericsson Security Solutions, you will*
* · Define and lead product strategy for Security Automation and Orchestration solutions for Mobile Networks, addressing current security challenges and evolving toward autonomous, programmable networks.
· Lead and inspire a team of Strategic Product Managers to deliver products with strong customer and market fit, driving accelerated business growth.
· Continuously enhance the product portfolio using world-class Mobile Network Threat Intelligence, leveraging both internal and external assets.
· Drive a threat-driven cyber defense engineering strategy, ensuring alignment at both strategic and tactical levels.
· Support establishment of thought leadership in security through impactful communication, marketing initiatives, and participation in key industry events.
· Collaborate across functions—sales, marketing, technology, strategy, and product development—to ensure seamless integration of ESM into customers’ holistic cyber defense frameworks (people, process, and technology).
