Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Investigate future oriented products and takes ownership of driving resolution and making proposals that may include reusable components
- Demonstrate fluency in technical aspects of a suite of technical products and business applications
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve complex defects identified throughout testing phases
- Experience with J2EE architecture and design
- Preference for some experience with core Java, J2EE, and DI frameworks (Spring, CDI, JBoss, Tomcat), as well as Hibernate Configuration (Connection, Dialect, Mappings)
- Experience with source control systems such as GIT, SVN or CVS
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred
- Experience with Groovy, Grails, Scala, Mobile, Angular.js, Node.js, Twitter Bootstrap and/or other controls and JQuery a plus
