The Product Designer – Growth & Experience is a senior, hands-on role responsible for shaping how CHAOS’ platform is experienced, understood, and adopted at scale.
Sitting at the intersection of product design, growth, and customer insight, you turn Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), priority use cases, and growth hypotheses into clear, desirable, and high-performing product experiences.
Working closely with the Chief Growth & Experience Officer and company leadership, you play a critical role in achieving product–market fit and driving measurable adoption, usage, and conversion.
Beyond in-product UX, this role also helps shape how CHAOS is visually and experientially represented. You translate complex data, ideas, and value propositions into simple, elegant, and compelling visual narratives—from the product itself to customer-facing materials such as pitch decks and product storytelling—ensuring the CHAOS brand feels intuitive, credible, and attractiveat every touchpoint.
Key responsibilitiesProduct & Experience Design
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys and touch points
- Lead and contribute to UX design for complex, data-driven workflows
- Ensure clarity, usability, and perceived business value across the platform
- Quickly create Figma-based concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Use design as a primary growth lever
- Identify experience improvements that unlock adoption and usage
- Define hypotheses, run experiments, and ship learnings
- Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams
- Collaborate on funnel optimization (landing pages, onboarding, activation)
- Support CCO initiatives and experiment design
- Contribute to growth metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion
- Help define and validate ICPs and priority use cases
- Translate customer, market, and commercial insights into:
- Product structure
- User flows and experiences
- Ensure the product experience clearly communicates value
- Increased adoption, activation, and retention
- Improved customer experience across key journeys
- Validated ICPs and use cases
- Contribution to product–market fit and commercial growth
Required
- Strong hands-on experience designing complex digital products or platforms
- Proven impact on user growth, adoption, or engagement
- Ability to translate business insight into concrete design solutions
- Comfort working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
