• Building and maintaining data pipelines and automation scripts for reporting, reconciliation, and ticket management
• Optimize design for efficient storage and processing; reducing cost while improving performance
• Implement security controls using IAM roles, compliance to data governance and retention policies
• Designing and configuring related tools and platforms
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation workflows for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Stay up to date with new GCP services and best practices, integrating them when beneficial.

• 3+ years of experience in automating cloud infrastructure and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cloud Functions, Big Query, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with integrating ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Service Now, AWS or similar platforms) into cloud environments.
• Familiarity with APIs of popular ticketing tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) ticket data into cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Appscript, Java
• Experience in data modeling and query optimization for Big Query.
• Ability to work with large datasets, build complex queries, and provide insights via reports or dashboards.
• Strong understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) within GCP.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices to ensure compliance and protect sensitive customer data.

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Dev Ops Engineer or similar GCP certifications.
