About the roleThis project manager role leads projects through all phases from inception through completion using strong project management and interpersonal skills. This project is a multi-year project related to a SAP S4 upgrade. While another team will be performing the SAP upgrade itself, this role will be leading an adjacent program to work with business and IT teams to identify and remediate all other systems which are impacted by the SAP upgrade.

Your responsibilities will include- Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional IT initiatives through the SAP program.
- This role requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership across multiple divisions, stakeholders, and project streams within a highly matrixed organization.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resources across work streams.
- Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders, drive consensus, and support problem-solving to remove roadblocks.
- Deliver regular updates and presentations to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members, summarizing milestones, risks, and decisions.
- Representing IT in functional business discussions
- Manage projects:
Develop project plans and estimates outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; risks and issues, ensures team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; manage budget, while managing risks and issues; - Leads the work of employees assigned to the project from technical and business partners to build a high performing team.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of project management of large scale, complex IT projects involving multiple functions (e.g. sales, manufacturing)
- Systems integration project management experience
- Working knowledge of ERP implementations in Order to Cash
- Proven ability to span business and IT in requirements gathering and relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience presenting to executives.
- SAP experience preferred
- SAP Project Management experience preferred
- PMP certification

Maximum Salary: $172500
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see – will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
