• Merchant Onboarding & Support
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during merchant onboarding.
• Guide merchants through the integration process, including API configurations, payment gateway setups, and system testing.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, coordinating with internal development and operations teams when necessary.
• Technical Integration
• Assist merchants in integrating fintech solutions with their existing platforms, including e-commerce sites, point-of-sale systems, and ERPs.
• Provide hands‑on support for REST APIs, SDKs, and plugins, troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges.
• Conduct compatibility testing to confirm successful implementation.
• Training & Documentation
• Deliver technical training to merchant teams to ensure proper usage of payment systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides for merchants.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and customer success) to enhance integration processes and tools.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams based on merchant experiences and integration challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions.
• Compliance & Security
• Ensure integrations meet compliance standards, including PCI‑DSS, data privacy, and security protocols.
• Educate merchants on best practices for secure transactions and data management.
