- Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Perform technical analyses, design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications leveraging Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and App Exchange products
- Design and document data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations
- Advocate for process and practice improvement within the Salesforce team
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Certification(s) required
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Experience in the insurance industry, agency, or brokerage
- Knowledge and experience with Pardot
- Familiarity with Flosum or similar tools
