• Configure, roll out, and support the Epic Grand Central team with a focus on Prelude
• Analyze and determine system requirements, documenting workflow analysis and user experience
• Implement changes in Epic environments to enhance workflows and resolve end-user issues
• Manage small to medium projects, updating stakeholders on progress and issues
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to identify solutions and complete required documentation

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles related to assigned tasks
