Position OverviewThe Product Management Specialist will assist Product Managers with day‑to‑day activities and projects related to the lifecycle of their systems and products. Responsibilities include setting up products in the corporate ERP system for customer order placement, assisting the field with administrative and product questions, report generation, and supporting marketing collateral development and deployment. The role also involves collaborating with functional and regional teams on product launch plans, website updates, and global launch execution.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Support Specialist – 90%
- Lead product readiness for internal operational and product development teams.
- Set up products and pricing in corporate systems (e.g., Oracle) and publish price pages to the field.
- Assist product managers with day‑to‑day lifecycle activities and projects.
- Collaborate with Central Issuance, marketing, and functional colleagues to develop and deliver timely reports and information.
- Assist in setting priorities for Central Issuance with Oracle subject‑matter‑expert.
- Post and manage all marketing materials for the central issuance marketing team.
- Assist with voice of customer activities and requirements gathering.
- Assist with gathering central issuance product management deliverables.
Continuous Improvement – 10%
- Identify and drive initiatives that simplify business interactions for customers.
- Challenge Entrust's customer interactions and explore improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of successful experience in a marketing support role.
- Technical proficiency with software products and development processes.
- Lawful U.S. work authorization.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing and product development environment.
- Proven experience managing large day‑to‑day activity volumes.
- Successful experience managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Strong self‑management and prioritization abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast‑paced B2B marketing environment.
- Prior Product Management support experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
This role is hybrid
, requiring three days a week in‑office at our HQ in Shakopee, MN

CompensationRange
Starting base pay: $66,588‑$97,662 per year (primary posting location). Compensation is based on location, education, skills, and experience. The position may also earn discretionary annual incentives.
