Summary
We are seeking a UX Designer to help lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across Web and mobile platforms. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate complex requirements into accessible, user-centered solutions that align with brand and usability standards.
Responsibilities- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity user interfaces using modern UX tools.
- Conduct and analyze user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver responsive and accessible digital experiences.
- Create UX artifacts including personas, journey maps, and design documentation.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Stay current on UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor and support other UX team members as needed.
- 4+ years of UX design experience (5+ years preferred).
- Extensive experience designing for both Web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency with UX design, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
- Ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
This is a 6‑month contract opportunity with our Wayzata, MN client.
