We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on Tik Tok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How will you make an impact?

You will take the lead on game-changing e-commerce campaigns, working closely with top creators to boost performance on Tik Tok, Shopee, and Lazada. Youll craft strategy, guide a talented team, and drive results through live streams, short videos, and affiliate sales. Its all about turning creative ideas into real impact and helping brands grow in the digital space.

What you will do?

• Drive live and short video commerce strategy, from planning to performance review
• Work with creators to grow affiliate campaigns that actually convert
• Track numbers like GMV, CTR, and conversions to make smart moves fast
• Coach and support junior KAMs to hit team goals together
• Collaborate with platforms and internal teams to keep campaigns running smooth

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or anything similar
• 35 years working in e-commerce, creator-led campaigns, or affiliate marketing
• Experienced with Tik Tok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or similar platforms
• Used to leading teams and getting things done under pressure
• Love working with creators, crunching numbers, and finding new growth angles
• Good at connecting with people and managing lots of moving parts
• Comfortable using Excel and dashboards to track whats working
• Fluent in Thai and confident in English when needed
