Windom Area Health is seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in managing our online presence and promoting organizational initiatives, services, and events. The coordinator will be responsible for digital content creation, website and social media management, online advertising, and analytics to enhance visibility and engagement. This role will collaborate closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure clear, accurate, and consistent communication across all platforms.

Location:

Windom, MN

Pay range: $25.19 – $37.78 per hour

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
• Create and manage digital content across website, social media, and email channels.
• Coordinate online advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Monitor and report on digital analytics to inform future marketing tactics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Employment details:
Entry level, Full‑time, 32 hours per week with hybrid possibilities. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special events.
