You will provide critical support to the company, learning continuously in a fast‑paced, friendly environment. As the "go‑to person," your role will influence both in‑office and remote users while enhancing our technology infrastructure.

• Provide exceptional technical support in an onsite capacity.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Sophos, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
• Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Assist in‑office employees and multiple remote users.
• Maintain Active Directory for user access and permissions.
• Conduct Script Configuration to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in continuous learning to adapt to the latest technological innovations.

• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude toward innovation and inventive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for accurate Script Configuration.
• Adaptability and openness to learning new technologies.
