Job Overview

• Strategic planning:
  Develop, deploy and maintain data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Data storage & integration:
  Govern and monitor implementation of standards for data and define business risk for non‑compliance.
• Policy development & governance:
  Lead development and operational alignment of data governance policies within the data domain.
• Compliance & risk management:
  Implement data governance, risk and compliance processes and controls to mitigate risk and align with applicable laws and regulations.
• Data literacy & training:
  Develop and deploy training programs to improve organizational literacy, compliance to data standards and policies and increase understanding of accountability for data responsibilities.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience (typically 5 years or more).
• Preferred 5‑year experience in data leadership role, demonstrated ability to collaborate across boundaries, proficiency at defining shared needs and leading through change, expertise in data governance practices, familiarity with data governance technologies.

Salary range $95,000‑$160,000, depending on location, experience and other factors. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a comprehensive benefit program including medical and other benefits.
