Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of core HR programs including employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce development, and HR operations.
  • Partner with site leadership to promote a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations across the facility.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for the location to attract and retain qualified talent in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and applicable labor agreements where relevant.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while establishing priorities that support both HR and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement training and development programs that support workforce capability and leadership development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation and systems remain compliant and up to date.
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience, within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and workforce timekeeping systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and leaders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Experience supporting organizations undergoing operational change, growth, or integration initiatives is a plus.
