We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will earn a referral fee for every expert you refer who is successfully hired - and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged, building a passive income stream.

• Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts.
• Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time.

We are looking for someone who brings both recruiting expertise and strong communication skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
• Experience hiring across Finnish-speaking countries in Finland, as well as within diaspora communities across the world.
• Native or bilingual Finnish proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
