We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! ** Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in COExperience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
Proficient in Nethealth and Point Click Care a plus!
** Rate: $45-$52/hour**** $3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after 6 months - must remain in active full-time status to receive bonus
