You will conduct services, handle all arrangements respectfully, and maintain high standards of care. • Assist licensed directors in arranging and conducting funeral and memorial services
• Support with preparation of the deceased, including transfers, embalming, dressing, and cosmetology
• Provide exceptional service and comfort to families during all phases of care
• Contribute to a positive team culture and represent Olson Funeral and Cremation Service within the community

• Mentorship and one-on-one training from experienced funeral directors
• Exposure to all aspects of funeral service, from family care to ceremonies

• Degree from Accredited Mortuary Science Program plus additional college credits as required in the applicable state. In Minnesota you must have a Bachelors degree (or credit equivalent)
• Successful completion of the National Board Examination
• Successful completion of the applicable State Board Examination
• Valid Driver's License
