Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

This position would be a Physical Therapy Assistant acting as the facility lead. The facility lead would coordinate therapist scheduling with resident treatment plans to ensure optimal reimbursement. The PTA would be active in facility discussions regarding changes in condition, new therapy orders, and ensuring coverage is met. The PTA would be responsible for providing and assisting residents with therapy activities/exercises delegated to them by a Physical Therapist.

This role provides residents with the opportunity to improve their overall physical well-being while utilizing proper practices and standards. Document and exchange information for each resident’s level of care and treatment plans or goals. Directly coordinate and work with Physical Therapist to establish and execute plans of care that are personalized to each resident’s abilities. Follow and adhere to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations.

As needed, perform other related duties as requested.

Facility Average Census: 40 of 46

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
