Description

Fairway View Senior Neighborhoods seeks Homemakers to assist in performing combined duties of dining services and housekeeping within the neighborhoods. Receive on-the-job training and no certification required.

• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and neatness of household surroundings
• Meet all resident and household needs by actively assisting in all tasks to meet identified needs
• Maintain equipment and cooking area to ensure safety and sanitation requirements are met; keep a clean, tidy and organized kitchen in compliance with all regulations; clean when necessary; report repair and maintenance needs appropriately
• Assist with serving resident meals, snacks and nourishing foods
• Assist residents with their clothing, including washing, sorting, and folding
• Coordinate work with the household caregivers to ensure the housekeeping needs of the household are met
• Continually seek opportunities to share personal interests and talents with members of the household through both planned and spontaneous activities

• Evening Shift (11:00 am-7:30 pm), 56 hours per 2‑week pay period
• $1.50 per hour shift differential
• Alternating weekends, with 1 holiday rotation per year
