Job Title: Hospice Social Worker – Be the Voice of Compassion

Compensation:

• Full-Time: $65,000 – $85,000/year depending on experience
• Part-Time: $32 – $42/hour + mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (32 to 40 hours/week)

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and document patient/family needs
• Offer therapeutic support and grief counseling
• Assist in navigating care planning and resource access
• Act as an advocate and educator for patients and caregivers
• Be present in life’s most vulnerable moments—with empathy and professionalism

• Degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW)
• Hospice experience is required
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the grief process and end-of-life frameworks
