Monarch Healthcare Management – Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm-10:30 pm. $1.50/hour added to base wage for the evening shift.

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of the building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. It also directs and implements the nursing process, including systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plans, as well as revisions. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well‑defined care delivery system.

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
