We are looking for a Laundry Aide to join our team at Yona Solutions. Experience is not required, but preferred. In this role you will be responsible for operating laundry equipment, handling linen, and maintaining a clean environment to provide warm and friendly hospitality to residents, visitors, and coworkers.

• Transport laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers
• Sort and load soiled linen into washers and load clean, wet linens into dryers
• Fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts
• Keep accurate records of linen inventory
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute customer clothing
• Maintain equipment and laundry areas, keeping them clean and safe
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Check stock and notify supervisor of supply needs
• Deliver laundry as specified
• Provide customer service first, ensuring residents and families receive high quality service

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions about cleaning compounds and solutions
• Work independently
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and flexibility
• Ability to work effectively with residents and personnel
• Criminal background check required
• Laundry experience is a plus
