MED is seeking an experienced full-time mid-level provider (CRNP or PA-C) to work with Dr. Eric Janssen. Dr. Janssen specializes in orthopedic surgery. This position will be located at our Huntsville clinic. OR experience is preferred.

We’re a high-growth orthopedic practice looking for an experienced, motivated Advanced Practice Provider w surgical experience who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment

• Manage and evaluate orthopedic across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Serve as first-assist for surgeries with frequent hands-on involvement
• Review imaging, develop care plans, and coordinate smooth patient flow
• Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Work closely with a surgeon and team who value partnership, respect, and shared decision-making

• A strong, positive team culture built on mutual trust, support, and open communication
• High level of autonomy with guidance and collaboration always available

• PA-C or CRNP with experience in orthopedics, trauma, or similar surgical subspecialties
