  40 hours per week with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
• Settings: Patient care across Outpatient, Long‑Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC/SNF), and Hospital Inpatient

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. We incorporate PT, OT, and SLP services with a multidisciplinary approach and great teamwork all around.

Wheaton is a small city located in the western part of Minnesota. It serves as the county seat of Traverse County and is known for its rural charm and community‑centered environment. Lake Traverse offers boating, fishing, and other water‑related activities. Wheaton provides outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and camping and hosts annual events such as fairs, parades, and community gatherings.
