• Provide empathetic, high‑quality patient care within our Specialty clinic setting
• Support our Specialty Providers with collaboration of care during patient visits
• Prepare and assist clinic visit preparation
• Manage patient flow, exam room preparation, and supply organization
• Handle in‑basket items, patient calls, patient form completion, report work
• Provide thorough patient education and post‑care instructions as guided by your provider
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external providers and the broader family medicine and specialty care teams

This position is available as a full‑ or part‑time position working day shift hours. This position includes scheduled hours within our Staples and Pillager location.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assistant program
• Must have and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Medical Assistant certification
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification

• Prior clinic experience and familiarity with Family Medicine care
• Experience with EPIC EHR preferred
• Motivated to grow professionally
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
• Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Enjoys learning new procedures and expanding clinical expertise
• Passionate about providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
