• Provide personal care support such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines
• Travel independently between homes across a 35‑mile radius
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
• A heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills
