All About Caring Home Care is a locally owned and state‑licensed home care agency serving families throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Our mission is to help each client live safely, comfortably, and with dignity — in the place they call home.

As a valued member of our caregiving team, you’ll provide:

• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation
• Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring
• Compassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Current TB test and clear background check

• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end‑of‑life care
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience, certification, and shift).

Schedule options:

• Full‑time or part‑time
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling
• Local clients close to home
