Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Personal Care and Direct Support Aide
Join the AHL Healthcare Group team as a full- or part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Zimmerman, MN. In this role you will provide compassionate, hands‑on care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Valid driver’s license and at least 19 years old.
- Experience in a direct care role.
- Willingness to work every other weekend.
In this role, you will administer medications, assist with personal care and activities of daily living, prepare simple meals, maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping, and provide transportation to appointments. You will ensure clients are supported both at home and in the community.
Qualifications- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in direct care (e.g., personal care aide, home health aide).
- Willingness to work every other weekend and rotate shifts.
- Pass a MN DHS Background Check.
