• Providing excellent customer service and building loyalty and repeat business.
• Championing Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and Healthy Pack Rx  and assisting patients with enrollment.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling and clinical services.
• Developing and following up on long‑term care (LTC) business, communicating opportunities with marketers and attending nursing homes, group homes and assisted‑living residences.
• Dispensing medications, related supplies and providing all clinical pharmacy services.

Must stand for long periods, talk and hear, use hands and fingers, handle tools, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. Adequate vision (close, distance, peripheral, color, depth perception) and the ability to adjust focus are required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to individuals with disabilities.
