We are expanding across Harris, Brazoria, and Galveston counties and seeking exceptional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!
Service Areas- Harris County
- Brazoria County
- Galveston County (Work close to home)
Part‑Time with the opportunity to transition to Full‑Time based on performance & caseload growth
PayCompetitive per‑visit rates + mileage reimbursement + bonuses
Base Pay Range$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Responsibilities- Complete skilled nursing visits and assessments
- Manage wound care, medication teaching, and patient evaluations
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible scheduling — choose the days you want to work
- Weekly pay
- Supportive, responsive office team
- Mileage reimbursement
- Consistent referrals and steady caseload growth
- A positive and mission‑driven work environment
- Active Texas RN license
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Current CPR
- Reliable transportation
