This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the Olivia clinic.

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, ensuring strong performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide effective staff leadership, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive, team‑focused culture.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hospital leaders and departments to support collaboration, communication, and high‑quality patient care.
• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for current openings, ensuring seamless integration into the clinic team.
• Oversee workflow, productivity, and clinical quality standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance clinic growth and community presence.

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program and be licensed or eligible for licensing in Minnesota.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in person.
