Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Tyler, Minnesota
. Whether you're a travel therapist or a Minnesota local, this opportunity offers rewarding clinical work in a supportive rural setting.
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients recover mobility, manage pain, and improve function through personalized rehabilitation plans. Your role will be central in helping individuals regain independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare staff for coordinated care
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
